These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of our website, services, and products, as well as any user account or community interaction. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

Product descriptions (text, images, specifications) are provided for informational purposes only; despite every effort to ensure accuracy, variations may occur. Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of all taxes and may be changed without notice. In the event of a clear error (incorrect price, inaccurate description), MAYHAP reserves the right to correct or cancel any order that has already been placed.

Some Products may be temporarily unavailable; in this case, we will inform you and you may choose to wait, modify or cancel your Order.

6. Orders, Payment and Security

Every order constitutes an offer to purchase. MAYHAP may refuse an order for legitimate reasons (suspected fraud, stock shortage, pricing error, etc.). Payment is due at the time of the order and is made via the secure payment methods offered (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

We reserve the right to request further checks (identity, creditworthiness) or to cancel an Order suspected of fraud or misuse.

7. Delivery, Transfer of Risk and International Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times are specified before order confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (customs, carriers, weather). Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

For international orders, some Products may be subject to legal or customs restrictions. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import formalities.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Sealed products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part.

All content on this Site (text, visuals, videos, logos, trademarks, etc.) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, or use, in whole or in part, without the written authorization of MAYHAP is prohibited.

12. Guarantee, Liability and Cosmetic Products

The Products are provided "as is". MAYHAP shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Regarding perfumes and related items (cosmetic products), you are advised to check compatibility (skin type, allergies) before use. MAYHAP cannot guarantee the complete absence of skin reactions.

13. Force Majeure

MAYHAP will not be held responsible for any failure or delay due to a force majeure event (natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.).

14. Mediation, Complaints and Disputes

Before taking any legal action, you must contact our customer service department to seek an amicable solution. If the disagreement persists, you may resort to mediation in accordance with French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts as per the clause below.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

In case of discrepancy between the French version and any translated version, the French version shall prevail.
