1. Order Processing
Orders placed on the website www.mayhap.fr are prepared within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), in our warehouse located in Paris, France.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed from the following Monday.
2. Delivery Zones
MAYHAP products can be delivered to the following areas:
Metropolitan France, Monaco, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey, Australia, as well as other international destinations available at the time of ordering.
3. Delivery times and methods
Deliveries are made by our partners Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL or UPS, depending on the destination. Carriers may vary depending on the country.
Delivery times:
- Metropolitan France & Monaco: 2 to 3 business days
- European Union & United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days
- Other international destinations: delivery times vary depending on the country
A confirmation email, containing your tracking number, will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
4. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you confirm your order, based on the destination and weight of the package:
- Metropolitan France & Monaco: Free delivery for all orders over €150.
- Europe: from €8 for parcels up to 2 kg.
- Rest of the world: between €15 and €30, depending on the geographical area.
The exact amount will be displayed before payment confirmation.
5. Customs and import taxes
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and any customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees are not included in the total price displayed at checkout. We encourage you to check with your local authorities for applicable regulations before finalizing your purchase.
6. Order Receipt
Upon receiving your order, we invite you to check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier.
In case of damage, missing items or damaged packages, please immediately make specific reservations on the delivery note, then contact our customer service within 7 working days of receipt:
7. Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
The products must be:
- unopened and unused, in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Opened or damaged items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours.
